*Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, abrasion, misuse, improper installation, accidents, alteration, disassembly of electronics, or damage to original parts of the vehicle related to crashes, improper installation, or improper use.

Fast Free shipping within the UK from R&G Racing

Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over £99 within the UK. Orders under £99 ship for £7.20. Orders are typically delivered in 1-3 days to all locations within the UK. All uk.DENALIelectronics.com orders are fulfilled by our UK Distributor, R&G Racing, from their UK warehouse in Hampshire.


What if part of my order is on backorder?

If an item is backordered, the item will be clearly labeled as backorder or pre-order. If your order contains a backordered item, the order will only ship once the backordered item is available. Please allow 2-6 weeks for backorders to be fulfilled. 

 

When will my stuff ship?

We ship Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock items will usually leave the warehouse on the same shipping day for orders placed by 12 PM Monday - Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

 

Once shipped, when will my stuff arrive?

    Estimated transit time is typically about 1-3 days to most locations in the UK. Sundays and federal holidays don't count as days in transit.

     

    Do you ship internationally?

    uk.denalielectronics.com services only the UK. Visit denalielectronics.com for information on distributors in other countries.

     

    Do you send my order "signature required"?

    All orders for delivery in the UK are shipped with tracking and signature required delivery.

    Hassle free returns

    You may return any new, unused items (in complete packaging) that you have purchased from us for a refund within 60 days of delivery for any reason.

     

    Shipping damage? 

    If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately upon receipt. Do not attempt to install the items. Keep all shipping boxes and email us photos of both the boxes and the damage to the product itself. We will work to file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and set you up with a replacement order to get you back on the road as soon as possible!

     

    Return Policy

    You may return any new, unused items (in complete packaging) that you have purchased from us for a refund within 60 days of delivery for any reason.

    Returns for non-faulty goods must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary).  Otherwise to be returned to original vendor.  

    Goods must be RECEIVED in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. We recommend that all parcels are sent back to R&G via trackable means by reputable carriers. Goods must be returned within 7 DAYS of receipt. After this period a handling fee of 25% of the original invoice value WILL BE CHARGED . Items received in a non re-saleable condition will result in no refund being given.

    The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase.

    This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.

    Once your return has been received and inspected (usually in 1 to 5 business days of receipt), we will initiate a refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.

    Warranty Policy

    Warranty claims should be submitted to the official DENALI Distributor in your country or the retailer from whom you purchased the product. North American customers may file warranty claims directly to us which will be processed by our North American Distributor Twisted Distributing. 

    Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the purchased item at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, abrasion, misuse, improper installation, accidents, alteration, disassembly of electronics, sun fade of finishes, or damage to original parts of the vehicle related to item failure, crashes, improper installation, or improper use. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser of the item from Denali Electronics or an authorized reseller (proof of purchase required) and does not extend to used items purchased through 3rd parties (Craigslist, eBay, etc.). Warranties are limited to those expressly provided above. All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded. Shipping charges to Denali Electronics are the responsibility of the customer,

    To process a warranty claim, we require that the product to be shipped back to us for inspection at the owner's expense. Once the product is inspected, our warranty team will either repair the product to working condition, provide a replacement part, or provide a working replacement in similar or better cosmetic condition if the product can not be repaired.
